We keep as little as we can. This page explains what that means.

What we store

The details you enter for your invitation and the photo you upload, so your guests can see them. Photos are compressed and their hidden data, such as location, is removed.

Your order number

We check your Etsy order number with Etsy and keep only a scrambled version of it. That lets you come back and edit your invitation.

What we don't store

Guest replies. When a guest taps a reply button, the message goes straight to you by text, email or your own form. We never see it. We don't keep your card details, because payment happens on Etsy.

Who can see your invitation

Anyone who has the link. We ask search engines not to list it. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We remove your invitation and photo after the 12 months it stays online. If you want them removed sooner, message our shop on Etsy.

Talking to Bri

Bri is an AI assistant. What you type is sent to our AI providers, DeepSeek (servers in China) and Anthropic (United States), to write Bri's replies. When you ask Bri to find a place or a price, your search goes to Google Maps and Brave Search. We don't keep your conversation on our servers. It stays in your browser until you finish or clear it. Please don't share anything Bri doesn't need for your invitation. Our service is for adults planning an event.

Paying on our site

Stripe handles the payment. We never see your card. We hold the details of your invitation until the payment goes through, and remove unpaid ones after seven days.

Maps and fonts

Invitation pages load Google Maps and web fonts, so those services can see that a page was opened.
